Due to strict visa requirements, Visa and/or Invitation letters will not be provided. Upon full payment of your conference registration, you will be provided with a confirmation letter, which will act as your evidence required for your Visa application.

Persons living with a disability
Research to Practice 2020 is an accessible event to any person living with a disability. All carers and service dogs are welcome.
All public areas of the conference venue, Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre (PCEC) are wheelchair accessible. PCEC is also wheelchair accessible with compliant ramps and access ways from the Elizabeth Quay Busport and Train Station.
There is 1 internal and 2 external passenger lifts providing access between the City of Perth Convention Centre Car Park and Levels 1 and 2 of PCEC.
Unisex disabled toilets are situated throughout PCEC. All accessible toilets have emergency call buttons. Tactile and Braille Maps are located at the registration desks and at all meeting rooms, toilets and signposted lifts.
The plenary room offers hearing audio-loop coverage and features dedicated wheelchair space. The City of Perth Convention Centre Car Park located directly beneath PCEC provide 23 ACROD parking bays. There is also a drop-off point and Cab Spot rank at PCEC’s main plaza entrance on Level 1. Courtesy wheelchairs are available on request (subject to availability).
